印尼服務心得3 - by Honda

爲何又是印尼？


“嘿Honda，今年暑假有什麽計劃嗎？”我的回復總是：去印尼做志工！或許你會覺得很好奇，爲何又是印尼，但是爲何不能又是印尼呢？印尼還有很多我未知的一面。這是我第三次參與清華的國際志工的計劃，而印尼更是我由參加此計劃以來未曾中斷的服務地點。印尼與我已經建議了一個無法脫離的關係了。


打從一年級開始以一個組員的身份參加，到現在以一個分享者的形式在參與服務，對我而言每一次出去都是一個學習的機會。每一屆新的同，籌備過程不同，產生出來的問題更是不同，每個團隊的合作過程都是讓我學習的機會。
合作夥伴都曾問我，你比較喜歡哪一屆？這是不能比較的，每年的合作對象不

爲何一個馬來西亞人願意到印尼去服務？一個在台灣念書的孩子，台灣給了我這麽多，而如果有機會能夠回饋給社會大衆，那不是很好嗎？這樣的服務計劃，不僅是台灣，而是三國之間的友誼互動。這也落實了地球村的想法，互助互愛的精神。每次的印尼志工行沒有催淚的服務過程，沒有讓人鼻酸故事，更沒有讓人看了就想擁抱的小孩。這並非我們的服務目標。如果透過資訊的教育來提升當地人民的經濟環境，是我們目的。今年的服務目標更是鎖定在如果透過數位將其文化保存下來。

在這次的服務計劃中，我負責項目是課程組，而教學項目為華語文分享。課程組的工作可以說是一個讓我一個頭兩個大的工作。課程組可分爲兩個部分。從行前的課程安排，商討今年教學目標，還有分配教學對象及編寫者，到最後的審核，可以算是一個出版社了；還有印尼語的教學，我是“萬能志工”了。完成這些後就是期待已久的正式上場。服務場地協調，學員分配等，都是一個很艱難的工作，當中從滿無數的變數，溝通真的很重要！接下來是我的華語文分享部分。說真的，一個月的服務，要把華語文分享出去讓當地的人民，更要讓他們學好，真的不太簡單。對我而言，印尼經過了三十年的排華政策之後，現在學習華語文已經成爲了當地居民的一種興趣，這樣的課程安排可以算是無心插柳柳成蔭吧！身為華文，能夠把華語文分享出去，真好啊！

國際志工，一項跨校跨國的合作計劃，兩國大學生的合作，如何從零開始到把資訊帶給當地人民，當中溝通很重要。自我團隊的夥伴更是要在合作過程中取得良好的溝通再去執行任務，應該說是每一屆所要學習的。經歷了3次的印尼服務洗禮，我自己心中也充滿著很多計劃與想法，要如何的去執行，有待我慢慢思索。最後還是那句話，不敢說我是老師，我只是以一個分享者去分享給當地人民罷了！

現在一顆種子種下去何時會發芽，這還需要靠其生命力來“破繭而出”呢！加油吧，印尼的一切，你的熱情我感受到，我更希望我的分享能夠讓你灌溉出一片森林。

 I Love INDONESIA!

As an old saying goes, the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.Maybe you are so surprised, why I always went to Indonesia be a volunteer? Haha... That is simple answer, I LOVE INDONESIA. In the July, 2010, this is my third joined a voluntary service program with Tsing Hua University to Banda Aceh, Indonesia for One month. The activities located in Sabang Island, Takengon( The province in central Aceh) and Banda Aceh, and the participants who are the High School Teachers, Students and the Undergraduate students.

Our activities are located in 3 places, which are Sabang, Takengon and Banda Aceh. Sabang, which is an island which located in Banda Aceh. From the city to Sabang, it cost about 1 and half hour by ferry, and we built up a Workshop to the teacher who from Sabang. The sharing topic is focus on Ecology information; the second place is Takengon. Takengon, is a towns which located in Central of Aceh, it take 9 hours from the city; the transportation must to cross through the forest, eventually to reach there; You can’t imagine how pity we are. There have 2 workshops, and talk about Digital achieve.

In this year project, we are focus on Culture, and we separate our member to 2 groups into two topics. One is Computer Education, and another one is Ecology Education. We have a big goal, and that is our Digital Achieve. Digital Achieve is an issue that we combine the two topics. How to collected and keep the culture by Digital, that is very important in nowadays. Imaging if you lost your root and you also don’t know your religion culture? It’s so terrible. So that, we are going to share the Digital Achieve knowledge to them in Takengon, the religion in there is Gayo. That is not an easy task.

In this project, my work is Translator, Course co-ordination and Chinese Teaching. A good measure communication is a very important issue for a co-operation with the people from another country. The relationship with the 3 university is good; all of us have a good interaction. Furthermore, this co-operation relationship let us become friendship.

Many people ask financial support from government and some business trade, but how many people will say thank you to that? For me, I am really appreciated that Taiwan government give our project a big support. For a Malaysian who studying in Taiwan, and Taiwan Gov give me a chance to built up this activities, why not if I can do it?

At Last, Please try your best to come true your dream. Words can’t further describe how I felt during the duration of our project. What took is the first step, and the thousand miles ahead will definitely to be overcome.
